Whispering Pines RV Park Rules and Policies

RV SITES

We guaranteed the SITE TYPE you choose at booking, but we do not guarantee the site number- unless you LOCK YOUR SITE.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. to allow for site maintenance for arriving guests. Late checkouts will be charged another day.

Vehicles
Only 1 RV and tow vehicle allowed per site. An extra vehicle will be charged $3.00 a day and will need to be parked in overflow parking. Friends or relatives visiting a registered camper of the RV Park MUST check-in at the office to receive a Visitor’s Pass for their vehicle. All visitors must depart by 10:00 p.m. The Visitor Pass is good for one day only.

PAYMENT
We accept major Credit card and ACH - Full payment is due at time of booking.

Taxes
An 8% Montana Accommodations tax is applied to all reservations.

Discounts
10% for Good Sam & AAA & Active Military (one discount per site, must be applied at time of booking).

Please call the office if you need help applying your discount, as discounts MUST be applied AT TIME OF BOOKING

CANCELLATION INFORMATION: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!

Your credit card payment will hold your reservation until 11:00 AM the following day, unless notified by email for late arrival.

Please call the office if you will be arriving after 8PM . Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 14 days prior your scheduled arrival date to receive a 75% refund on your reservation. Cancellations made less than 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund regardless of when the reservation was made. Early departures and no shows will receive no refund. Changes to your reservation and cancellations must be made in writing (email is preferred). Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MOVE YOU TO AN EQUAL TO OR BETTER SITE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR STAY UNLESS YOU PAY THE LOCK FEE.

PLEASE REVIEW THE CONFIRMATION INVOICE TO BE CERTAIN THAT YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES ARE CORRECT.

GENERAL RULES

  • No Ground Stakes - Ground stakes are not permitted for screened houses or Tents at Whispering Pines RV sites. If guests do not comply, they will be responsible for any damages to the electric or septic system.

  • No Hammocks tied to trees

  • No Close Lines tied to trees

  • No Pets tied to trees

  • Pets must be LEASHED at ALL TIMES

  • Two fenced dog areas are located in the Primitive Park area. Please pick up waste from your pet and dispose of it in the waste receptacle next to the dog run.
